3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are classified as inactive. pak888 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts, provided that the account balance does not fall below zero at any time as a result. Prior notice will be sent to the registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied.

All outstanding real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC verification being complete. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.1 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak888 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account for cause, pak888 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.
